Environmental Health and Safety Office

The Environmental Health and Safety Office (EHSO) provides health, safety, and environmental services to the University of Oklahoma including off-campus facilities to facilitate compliance with all environmental, occupational health and safety regulations.

Radiation Safety Office
The Radiation Safety Office facilitates the safe and compliant use of radioactive materials, radiation-producing devices, and lasers under the licenses or permits issued to all University of Oklahoma campuses and applicable affiliate institutions. 
Healthcare Billing Compliance Office

The Healthcare Billing Compliance Office is a central resource in promoting education and monitoring regulatory compliance for medical and dental documentation, coding and billing.

Human Research Participant Protection
The mission of the OU Office of Human Research Participant Protection (HRPP) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) is to protect the rights, privacy, and welfare of all human participants in research projects conducted by OU faculty, staff, and students, or otherwise conducted under its oversight.
Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee
The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) is a self-regulating entity with authority that reviews activities involving animals for compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and guidelines.
Institutional Biosafety Committee

The Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) has the charge of reviewing and approving the biological safety of all campus-related research activities involving recombinant or synthetic nucleic acid molecules, gene transfer, microorganisms, viruses, and biological toxins.

Disability Resource Center

The Disability Resource Center encourages full participation for students with disabilities, helps ensure equal educational opportunity, and provides a variety of support services, many of which have been developed in response to expressed student needs.
